Ehren Terenyi – Principal

Ehren is a consultant construction lawyer, specialising in technology integration, renewables and engineering. He started Renew Legal in 2023 to be able to work closely with clients, deliver useful advice, and let them get back to business as usual.

Ehren's background includes a boutique engineering practice; small, top tier and international law firms; Federal Court Associate; commercial manager, and senior legal counsel. As a consultant, he joins in-house, and external law firm, teams to help manage overflow, and provide specialist knowledge.

He helps clients to navigate projects and advise senior management. He helps project teams prepare tender departures, negotiate and document construction and project agreements such as design and construct, supply and install, side deeds, TSA, EPC, O&M, LTSA and FIDIC, split scope, BOP packages, interface, and settlements. He has extensive experience helping offshore clients to protect their IP, and commercial relationships, when working in the Australian market.
